User-Generated Content
- The novels, settings, prompts, and other creative works you produce within the App are your original creations, and you retain all copyrights.
- Unless you explicitly choose to export or share your work, we do not access, store, or transmit your creative content.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and compliance of your creations. Do not publish or generate unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.
AI-Assisted Features
- The AI writing features provided by the App serve only as creative assistance tools. Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for certain contexts.
- You are responsible for evaluating and editing AI-generated output before including it in your final work.
- When using third-party AI models (such as OpenAI or DeepSeek), relevant data is transmitted directly to those providers. The App assumes no responsibility for their processing or results.
Paid and Membership Services
- Certain features of the App are available only through premium membership or paid subscriptions.
- Pricing, subscription periods, and benefits will be clearly displayed on the purchase page.
- Once a membership is activated, refunds are not supported, except where required by law.
Data and Privacy
- We do not collect any personally identifiable information. Your creative data is stored locally on your device.

Disclaimer
- The App is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for issues caused by network instability, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time based on business or legal requirements.
Any significant updates will be announced within the App.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
